I am back!!!

I have been gone way too long. After I came back from Cuba, I had an epiphany. I was not growing in my life. I decided to look inward and become still. 

By doing so, I was able to do some mindset work and move toward a better position. I left my job at the agency and moved on to be a Director back in the arena of Communications. I love the mission of my new organization. 

I also fell in love with the world of one to one coaching. I love helping people and moving them towards what brings them joy. I look forward to catching up in my blog and posting more. Watch this space!
